Financial/Insurance
The goal in our office is to provide excellent orthodontic treatment at very affordable costs.
Mary , our Treatment Coordinator, has 16 years experience working with insurance companies. We participate with many insurance plans and in addition we may be able to accept assignment of benefits of those we do not participate with to help lower your monthly payments. Orthodontic insurance is unlike dental insurance that may renew each year. Orthodontic benefits in almost all cases are once in a lifetime, per individual, not per family. This means that once it is used on an individual treatment, it will not renew. This is why we work extra hard on your behalf.
Mary will work hard to help make your treatment costs manageable. Mary will set up a payment plan based on the length of your treatment to help you in budgeting. We offer payment plans at no interest to you. Our payment plans are not based on a per visit fee, but on the total treatment time. They are there for the benefit and convenience of our patients. We also accept all major credit cards.
After your initial FREE consultation with Dr. Goldsamt, you will receive a Benefit Letter from Mary. This will lay out all treatment options for the patient and all estimated costs associated with these options. Insurance plans vary greatly. Mary will review your insurance information and determine the best course of action for you.
Honesty and integrity is a culture here we strive to keep. It is important to us to keep you informed and educated and to let you know upfront and before treatment begins, what the expected treatment costs are.
Orthodontic insurance is benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
